Long Binh This beautiful complex was east of Saigon. We flew by it whenever flying between Long Binh and Saigon. Another impressive sight between Long Binh and Saigon was this memorial cemetary. Southern portion of Saigon, including the Saigon River. Leaving Saigon headed for the Delta, the flat ricelands are immediately apparent. River traffic on the Saigon River southeast of the city.
